Regal Cement has been a family run business since 1973, proudly supporting the building industry in Perth for over 50 years. We started out making small concrete products and have grown into a trusted supplier of quality precast items for residential builders.
As demand grew, we continued to invest in new machinery and upgrade our facilities to keep up with customer needs. In the early 90s, we expanded into hardware supply to support builders of all sizes and offer more to local plumbers.
By the early 2000s, we modernised our production line with equipment from Italy. Through all of this, our focus has always been on quality products and great service that people can rely on.
In 2016, we expanded the Regal brand by opening our Osborne Park showroom and warehouse. This purpose built space supports builders, designers, renovators and plumbers with a fully equipped concept showroom. The showroom is staffed by five experienced consultants and two builder representatives to assist with bathroom, kitchen and laundry selections for both new builds and renovations. Our on site warehouse works closely with local plumbers and renovators to provide additional hardware and trade supplies.
In 2017, we brought in a new soakwell machine from Italy, which has helped us improve both the quality of our products and the speed of production. We remain focused on boosting efficiency, enhancing product standards, reducing our environmental impact and ensuring a safe workplace for our team.
In 2025, Regal achieved ISO9001:2015 certification, a key step towards tendering for civil and government projects. At the same time, we continue to prioritise our residential clients. The launch of the Regal website has made it easier for customers to explore our range and understand everything we offer.
We now have two locations, our concrete products are cast and stored in Malaga and our showroom from Osborne Park.
We manufacture soakwells, liners, septic systems, bases and covers. These products can be made to your requirements in accordance with AS39996, depending on project requirement.
We have a purpose built showroom which houses 7 showroom consultants, this allows our customers an immersive experience aided by the one-on-one consultation to ensure careful selection of items is achieved.
We supply all hardware associated with plumbing needs, with a vast range of products meeting the demands of the current market while maintaining sharp pricing and quality products.
Open lines of communication between the manufacturing team and suppliers allow us to continually improve the quality of our product and the raw materials we put into them. We draw inspiration globally from other precast manufacturers and research whether its suitable for the Australian residential market.
Research and development have always been an integral part our manufacturing process, throughout the years our constant tweaks have allowed us to reduce manufacturing times and improve product quality. We are currently looking at the introduction of robotics to assist in welding and cutting rebar with the assistance of our valued staff members.
When problems do arise our staff members are trained very well in assisting our customers and making sure they’re not burdened in any way. Our prompt and polite response to a situation is always appreciated by our clients.
With 50 years of manufacturing experience of precast concrete items, we are very proud of the products we continue to serve our customers with. Our current focus is on reducing manufacturing times while maintaining quality and increasing production numbers.
At Regal we supply our own manufactured products (precast concrete items) as well as products our valued merchant’s manufacture. We are always happy to assist warranty claims for our customers and hold customer service as one of our main focuses between branches.
Regal endeavors to employ people from many different ages and cultural backgrounds. We find a mix of all ages inspires and teaches our employees. Our 50+ staff members are all treated like family, and we could not value their hard work and dedication more.
